Better late than never! In what sense should I quote this? I don't know, anyway. Maybe for my dream trip to Europe or having a child? Tak sempat nak abiskan travel tahun 2012, dah siap2 plan utk travel tahun 2013 plak..hihi..Ramai orang2 dikeliling aku dah jejak kaki gi Europe.. Jeles gak. Europe antara tempat wajib pegi dalam wishlist aku. Kalau dah pegi Europe, wishlist aku dah complete la kot. Pastu aku akan wat projek lain plak..hihi..Insya Allah aku akan tamatkan projek melancong aku tahun depan. Let me share my coming Conquest of Europe year 2013 since KELANA CONVOY pn dah email aku jadual untuk tahun 2013, so i guess it's time to get things ready!!

Kami dah book flight Etihad Airways untuk ke London. Nak gak naik Malaysia Airlines sbb flight direct, jimat masa perjalanan dan tak payah nak transit-transit ni.. Tapi mahal la plak. Baru-baru ni ada promotion Malaysia Airlines ke London. Murah jugak dan paling menyampah adalah, recently (beberapa hari selepas aku book flight Etihad Airways kesemua flight Malaysia Airlines ke London dah diupgrade naik Airbus 380!! Benci..!!! tak pelah.. at least nak merasa gak naik airline lain. huhu..FYI, flight ke London naik Malaysia Airlines RM3205.25. Murah dah tuu.. Pada bulan Mac 2013, Malaysia Airlines ade buat promotion lagi.. KL-London RM2400.00++. Gile kan?

So total dalam RM6000+ sorang (tak termasuk penginapan/transport di London before & after the Europe tour). Setakat ni, aku tak jumpe lagi tour pg Europe yang lagi murah dari ni. Kalau ade pun, tak bnyak tempat yang diorg bwk melawat.

The price of the holiday that you pay includes all travelling expenses. This involved the modern air-conditioned coach travel expenses (fuel, road taxes, parking, etc), ferry or channel tunnel crossings to the European Continent and excursions that are built into the tour such as guided city tour of Paris.

High Quality Campsites:

You are provided with spacious 4-persons tents. For comfort, 2 or 3 people can occupy the 4-persons tent. They are very easy to set up and pack up! Damn.. I'm so excited about this. Participants on camping tours MUST either bring their own sleeping bag or rent our excellent quality sleeping bag from only £5 for the whole trip. Hah, boleh aku pinjam Haiqal punye sleeping bag!

Meals (Breakfast & Dinner Included everyday!) Semua meals ada disediakan. Paling best kite boleh sama2 prepare makan.. hmm.. tang ni yg aku malas nih..hahaha.. Ade gak local food i.e seafood pasta/pizza in Italy and crepes in France.

Setakat yang aku dah survey selama beberapa minggu ni, penginapan kat sana mmg la mahal. Paling murah pun hostel dalam GBP15 seorang. Aku boleh je nak duduk hostel tapi takut family members aku yang lain tak selesa. Kalau dah xde pilihan lain mungkin aku pilih hostel. Ade jugak apartment / hotel murah (ala2 homestay, Victorian style which is supernice!). Tapi yang murah kebanyakannya takde en-suite bathroom. Kot ade pun shower sahaja. Dari harge GBP55.00/night. Antaranya Dylan Apartments, Umi Hotel, Belvedere Hotel, Ascot Hyde Park Hotel, Palace Court Hotel, Royal Courts Apartment, Easy Hotel. Boleh tengok jugak di Agoda. Kalau tak rushing takpe jugak.. Aku risau hari ketiga tu lambat plak nak kejar tour bus untuk Europe Tour. Travelodge di area Marylebone pun murah jugak. Boleh dapat dalam GBP59.00/night. Tapi jauh la plak dari Marble Arch. Last2 aku booked Tune Hotel Paddington, London. Setakat ni beliaulah pemenang hotel yang paling murah dan ada en-suite toilet + shower. Setakat aku booking hari ini, tarikh menginap 23-25 May 2013, harga dia GBP55.00/night (no windows) dan untuk tarikh 9-10 June 2013, harga dia GBP40.00/night (no windows). Nak ade tingkap mahal GBP10.00. Gilo hape. Tu dah equal to RM50.00. Takpelah xyah tingkap. Untuk tidur je pun. Lagipun aku check review banyak yg bagi pujian pada hotel ni. Makanan Halal di London
Kebanyakan orang kata nak cari makanan halal di London memang senang, takde masalah. Aku pun harap begitu. Kalau susah, terpakselah bawak makanan dari rumah. Depan Tune Hotel Paddington, London tu ada Tesco..so senanglah sikit. Antara kedai makan halal yang berdekatan dengan hotel :

Transportation in London

Dari airport, aku bercadang nak naik Heathrow Express. Straight terus sampai kat Paddington. Katenye dalam 15 minit je dari Terminal 1, 2 & 3. Kalau dari Terminal 4 (21 minit) & Terminal 5 (23 minit). Arrival aku di Terminal 4. Hargenye GBP34.00/return/pax. Nak jimat sikit, boleh naik tube dari Heathrow Airport. Transit di Earl's Court tube station untuk smpai ke Edgware Road tube station (Tune Hotel Paddington, London). Nak jimat lagi, beli la Oyster card especially untuk visitor. Boleh pakai dan dapat discount untuk tube, tram, boat, DLR, London Overground, cable car Emirates Air Line dan kebanyakan National Rail Services di London. Kad ni sebijik mcm kad Touch & Go. Oyster card ni boleh juga beli melalui ONLINE. Shipping ke Malaysia akan amik mase 12-15 hari, kos shipping dalam GBP4.25. dan card fee GBP3.00. Pastu kad dia cantik plak tuh..mengade betul!

NAK JIMAT LAGI???

Selain naik pergi melawat tempat2 menarik di London naik tube, kalau nak jimat lagi.. (berape kali jimaat daa..) boleh naik bus hop on hop off di sana. Tiket boleh beli online / hotel / mana kaunter kat sane. Ade beberapa company utk hop on hop off bus. Satu yang aku berkenan adalah Big Bus Tours. Aku berkenan sbb die ade offer 24 hours & 48 hours ticket, dan route die ade lalu kat Paddington. So senang nak balik hotel. Sebab aku dah booked Tune Hotel Paddington, London. Ticket untuk 24 jam : GBP29.00/pax dan ticket untuk 48 jam plak GBP35.00/pax. Kite boleh pegi mane2 tempat melawat yg kite suke, turun sesuka hati dan naik sesuke hati. PADI Certification @ Pulau Perhentian (15 - 17 July 2012)

**Accommodation & diving arranged by D Swim Academy (Open Water Diver Course)

Hujung tahun lepas, aku sign up utk ambik Open Water Diver Course dengan D Swim Academy di Sunway. Tapi tak lame lepas tu ofis dia pindah kat Shah Alam. Sebelah dengan swimming pool kat Kompleks Sukan Negara (Panasonic Sports Complex). Kalau ikut jumlah jam, tak lame utk complete kan kursus tu. 5-7 jam utk theory, 5-7 jam lagi tu utk confine water class (swimming pool). Tp disebabkan kekangan masa, aku busy sangat, gap antara kelas tersangat lah lame..sekarang baru dapat complete. Antara komponen utk scuba diving ~ BCD (Bouyancy Control Device), regulator, tank, weight belt, mask, snorkel dan fin. Setakat ni oklah.. aku dah tambah ilmu skit psl scuba diving. Aku berani ckp, 70% bende yang aku belajar dlm kelas theory, betul2 semata2 utk theory exam..hihi. In real life, hampir kesemua diver akan pg kat dive center sewa gear, pkai local dive instructor then.. DIVE. Tak tau lah kot2 ade orang yang tak pg dive center, dive sendiri/sorang kat tasik2/lombong..huhu. Tapi macamana pun, bile dah jadi certified scuba diver, sememangnya kite bertauliah utk g diving kat mane2, with/without buddy or instructor.

Lepas habis theory class & confined water class, aku kene amik theory exam. Dah pass baru boleh pg utk island certification. Macam aku, aku dpt kat Pulau Perhentian. Alhamdulillah.. sbb aku tak pernah pegi Perhentian. Redang dah pernah pegi. Before nak pegi, hati ni tersangatlah nervous. Berdebar2 dan takut sngat kalau tak dapat buat. Lepas tu husband plak tak dpt temankan, lagi lah bertambah nervous. Nervous2 pn kene gak pegi.. Aku beli tiket bas Sani Ekspress through online. Mase ni, punyalah jakun sbb 1st time beli tiket bas online. hihi.. Balik aku naik flight, sbb takut letih / tak cukup mase.. Sok nye dah keje..huhu..

Naik bas dari Station Putra KL pd pkul 10 mlm. Sampai kat Kuala Besut awal pagi. Dalam pukul 6 pg. Sampai sane, aku lepak2 jap pastu breakfast. Pastu terus naik bot ke Pulau Perhentian.

Ni mase baru smpai Pulau Perhentian Kecil. Baru hujan.. tp lautnya masih cantik!!

Maya Guesthouse. Tempatnya tak berape cantik & nampak lama.. tapi sngat bersih. Pemandangan pun cantik. Aku jarang suke duk tmpat menginap yg murah2.. tp yang ni aku suke sngat..hihi

Jadual 3 hari 2 malam kat sini mmg penuh dan aku tersangat bz kecuali waktu malam.. badan pn penat sbb 1 hari dive smpai 3 kali. Kaki pun lenguh sbb aku pkai smpai 4 weight.

Snorkeling trip kat sana murah2.. skali dgn snorkeling gear. Ade gak yg skali dgn breakfast. Best nyer..

Giler heaven dapat breakfast dgn pemandangan mcm ni..!! gosh.. i miss this place a lot..



Breakfast set yang amat2 tempting..!! Satu set dalam harga RM6-10. Macam aku punye, scramble egg, kentang, roti bakar, baked bean, fruits, juice and tea. Yang lagi satu tu aku bedal pancake with banana & choc ice cream.

Kat sini makan malam pun heaven gak!! Banyak dia wat set. Harga dalam RM15-18 untuk 1 set. Macam aku, 1 BBQ set tu ade sotong BBQ, juice, potato, salad, fruits, black pepper sauce. Second night tu aku mkn baracudda BBQ plak. BBQ set tu boleh pilih antara mcm2 jenis ikan, sotong, udang, ketam, ayam dan bnyak lg.

Malam kat sini mmg happening. Belah2 Long Beach & Perhentian Besar aku tak round lagi. Dengar2 lagi happenning. Insya Allah, ade mase akan datang aku round satu Small Island..

Dah selesai dive semua, aku amik kesempatan snorkeling kat area situ. Sangat seronok, sbb even air tinggi lutut aku pun, aku snorkeling. Ade gak coral, ikan2, sea cucumber, etc. Nasib tak jumpe jellyfish.

Ni pemandangan kat sekitar Pulau Perhentian Besar. Banyak hotel2 eksklusif. Tapi tak pasti makan die best ke tak, mlm2 happenning ke tak.

Seperti biasa setiap kali Floria, kami berduyun2 pegi mase lunch hour. Dan seperti biasa, setiap kali pergi, tak pernahnya kami bawak balik bunga. Barang2 yang kami bawak balik selalunya makanan, kain baju, toys. Ntah ape2. hahaha. Nak beli bunga, nak jaga mati plak. Tanam pokok kaktus pun boleh mati. Adeehhh..



Chill at Ritz Carlton, Kuala Lumpur (29 June - 1 July 2012)

Percutian kali ni agak berlainan sikit. Kami tinggal di Puchong je pun. Tapi disebabkan keluarga nak lepak KL dan nak stay kat area Bukit Bintang (nk shopping sakan katenye) jadi aku bantulah book kan hotel. Mak aku nak stay kat Marriot sebab katenye nak bilik mengadap KLCC. Abah plak kate nak stay Ritz Carlton sbb die mmg suke lepak situ especially boutique hotel. Last2 diorang mintak aku tolong book kan Ritz Carlton. (takpe, aku tolong book je. yg bayar org lain. hihi..Aku booked melalui Agoda. Rate die same je kalau book direct dgn hotel tp dengan Agoda, dapatlah kumpul point. hihi. Mase tu aku book aku dapat RM550/night untuk Executive Deluxe Room dan RM500/night untuk Deluxe Room.

Pengalaman di Ritz Carlton mmg bagi kelainan pada kali ni. Sebelum ni penah stay kat small boutique hotel di Bali tapi di Bali mereka lebih personalized dari segi kemudahan yg diberikan (masseuse dtg bilik kalau kite nak massage, bagi koleksi dvd lagu & filem, breakfast in bed)

Tapi di Ritz Carlton Kuala Lumpur, layanan semua orang tu luar biasa. Even aku baru balik dari beli kek, sampai2 lobby je, diorg terus tolong angkat kek aku hantar kat bilik. Perkhidmatan butler pun ada disediakan. Kite boleh mintak bantuan mereka klau nak apa-apa (tempahan restoran, logistic, laundry, belikan makanan, etc). Dari cleaner, housekeeping, bellboy, butler, receptionist, ke hotel manager, semua peramah belaka dan akan greet kite kat mana2 kalau jumpe. Aku tak terkejut kalau abah aku kate dulu diorg akan jahitkan nama kita pada bantal di hotel dan akan panggil "nama" kita bile terserempak. Punyalah personalized. Lagi satu, FYI sebelum check in kene bayar deposit dulu RM500 satu bilik. Kami tempah 3 bilik. So total deposit kene bayar RM1500. Maaaak ai.
Deposit je tuh? tak pe, asal pulang duit balik.hahaha

Hari-hari housekeeping datang bilik bagi coklat

Feather pillow yang banyak dan empuk. Tapi leher aku sakit plak sbb aku suke tidur bantal flat. haha

Bathroom yang sangat besar. Tp sayang dalam toilet takde paip air / hose pipe.
Lain kali kene bwk baldi & gayung. Adoii

Yang ni bilik Auntie Noor dan lagi satu tu view bilik Abah. Bilik diorg view cantik. Tapi bilik aku view tak berape cantik sebab mengadap Dorsett Regency & Westin. Nampak bangunan je la

First night tu kami ambik kesempatan celebrate birthday Zul yang dah 23 hari ketinggalan akibat kekangan masa.

Lepas sambut birthday Zul, kami semua pegi dinner di Victoria Station. Favourite mak. Die duk sebut2 dr dulu lg.

2nd day. After breakfast, pegi Sg Wang (shopping), Berjaya Times Square (tngok movie - Brave), Pavilion (makan & shopping). Actually Ritz Carlton tower ni bersambung dengan Starhill Gallery. So mmg convenient giler la nk pegi mana2. Berbumbang & aircond.

Kepenatan balik dari jalan-jalan

Starhill yang dah banyak berubah. Makin meriah dan ade live band. Suke gile Abah lepak sini

Petang tu lunch lambat. Makan kat Nando's. Malam tu kitorang lepak kat kedai Mamak kat belakang Farenheit (formerly known as KL Plaza) tempat aku slalu lunch dgn Abah dulu. Kitorang slalu panggil kedai belakang tu "kedai tikus" sbb tepi kedai tu banyak tikus. hahaha



Lepas check out Mak & Abah terus pegi kenduri kawin. Tapi kami sambung merewang. Tetibe ade pancaragam kat Pavilion. Terus aku telefon Abah. Kesian Abah frust tak dapat tengok. huhu
